Michael Snidal is the founder and principal of Snidal Real Estate, a Baltimore-based real estate and property management company. He is also a doctoral fellow and candidate at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation where his research examines place-based development ideologies and outcomes.
